God's Purpose: Peace and Life
God loves you and wants you to experience peace and life—abundant and eternal.
The Bible says ...
"We have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ." —Romans 5:1
"For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." —John 3:16
"I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly." —John 10:10
There is one God, eternally existing in three distinct persons: the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. These three are co-equal and each possesses all of the attributes of God. God is the Creator and Sustainer of the universe and everything in it.
Services: Our services include a time of worship and teaching directly from the Bible. We sing songs that are lyrically rich and express the glory of God directly to Him; feel free to sit or stand. Worship is about the posture of your heart towards God, not whether you sit, stand, sing, raise your hands or clap. This time of worship is followed by a 30 to 45 minute message.
Dress: You'll see everything from jeans to suits, so come as you are. We just want you to feel comfortable.
At Calvary, we desire to be a church family where you know you are welcome and people are glad you came; we are purposeful in our attempt to be a place where you can find help for today and hope for tomorrow.
