Meeting Format

  1. Care for one another’s high’s and low’s from last week. Needs? - Listen, encourage, admonish. Share personal testimonies, harvest stories, news.

  2. * Lovingly check on one another’s goals from last week.

  3. * Cast hopeful vision by praying: for Oikos, guidance and love of the Holy Spirit, and faithfulness this week!


  4. Discover the story by reading and then retelling it.

  5. Use the Study Model.

  6. * Apply the Word by setting a tangible action step in response to the text.

  7. * Practice a tool to help fulfill your plan/goals. Or, have a group activity - such as praising God together with song or taking communion.

Week 0 – First Contact

Introduction, share Gospel, set one Follow-up date.

1 – Come To Me - Matt 11:28-30. Text: Luke 7:36-50

2 – Follow Me - Matt 9:9. Text: Mark 8:31-9:8

3 – Repent & Believe - Mark 1:15. Text: Luke 19:1-10

Start to abide by preaching the gospel to yourself daily.

4 – Baptism - Matt 28:19. Text: Acts 8:26-39

5 – Identity - 2 Cor 5:17-21. Complete the 411 Training.

6 – Lord’s Supper - Luke 22:19-20. Text: Matthew 26:17-30

7 – Be Church - Heb 10:24-25. Text: Acts 2:36-47

8 – Prayer - Matt 6:9-13. Text: Matt 6:5-15

9 – Be Spirit-filled - Eph 5:18. Text: Luke 4:1-22

10 – Love - Matt 22:37-39. Text: Luke 10:25-37

11 – Start Long-term Discipleship.
